1Overview

Please understand and accept that we cannot issue refunds for technical issues unless you give us the opportunity to attempt resolution and to help you.

If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, or if our service is unavailable for 48 consecutive hours, we will grant you a full refund.

2Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available within 3 days of the initial purchase.

Refund requests made after this period may be considered for a partial refund, depending on how long the service has been used.

Right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37), the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express prior consent and you have acknowledged that the cancellation right is lost. Our 3-day policy remains available as a commercial guarantee, and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

3Technical issues and support

We do not offer refunds for technical issues without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue first.

If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, or in the event of a 48-hour service outage, a full refund will be granted.

Please contact our live support team (available 24/7) for any help or troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

4Refund processing

Refunds for credit or debit card payments are processed within 15–20 working days, returning funds to the bank account linked to the card used for payment.

In some cases, refund processing may take up to 90 days depending on the payment provider.

Please note that IPTV UK is not responsible for delays in refund processing, as we do not directly control external payment systems or financial institutions.

5Communication and support

The IPTV UK support team will contact users regarding the status of their refund requests in all cases. This policy ensures our customers have a clear understanding of their rights and our refund procedures.
